Sweet Lamb Curry

1kg Diced Lamb
2 Bottles of chutney
1 diced onion
1 or 2 diced potatoes
1 or 2 diced carrots
1/2 or so of chicken stock
curry powder

Brown the lamb and onion in a camp oven with a little oil. When brown push to one side of the camp oven and fry off the curry powder for a minute or 2 to make a paste then stir in with the lamb and onion. Tip in other ingredients then simmer slowly for an hour or so or until meat and carrots are tender. Serve with rice. Awesome around the fire on a cold winter night.
