Batteries - Trojan

Postby Hissy » Thu Sep 20, 2007 8:34 am

I thought this might interest a few of you.

By the time you read this it will most probably have finished so i have attached a copy of the ad.

These are a 130Amp Trojan Battery which i have been using for the last 18 months. I was considering purchasing some more new ones but could only afford one or two as there RRP is $280-350 each.

Then i saw this Ebay ad.

My question is: Would you consider buying used batteries at a third of the price of a new one or only purchase new?

What consideration must be made before making this purchase?
