Gas Freezers

Postby Shankell » Thu Jan 07, 2010 2:41 pm

Hi
I camp for between 6 to 8 weeks at the same camp site each year and I am trying to find a freezer (no Fridge)of 100 Ltrs or slightly bigger. It has to run on gas as I am not set up for solar power. Any options would be much appreciated

Coleman/Electrolux make a 3 way that can be used as either fridge or freezer. I have friends who have a 60 litre one & only ever run it as a freezer.

Most camping outlets have them or at least can advise you on them. You could always try Google.

Thanks for the reply but I was looking for something bigger than 60 ltrs but smaller than the 240 ltr Frostek. I don`t seem to be able to find anything on the internet.

I said my friends have a 60 litre, there is bigger than that and it is Chescold from memory, sorry about the wrong brand.

Try Dometic.
