Don`t know if i`ll take it camping or not but the neighbours have one and use it all the time, the poles just all click in together and some times they don`t use the cover that comes with it they just throw a silver tarp over the top.Might be quicker than setting up a tarp. A short camp you could just throw a bed in it. they have 3x9 metre ones too.

I'd be concerned with how strong or otherwise the poles and joins are. Some of those types of structures fall down at the mere suggestion of wind.
Let us know how it goes.

I purchased one of these to use at my 40th. A fresh Southerly wind the following morning converted it into a pile of tangled poles and shredded material in the blink of an eye.  It still worked out cheaper than hiring a marquee though.

Was it the wind that wrecked it or the drunkerds leaning on it? :*** :cheers

Friends who I camped with a few years ago bought one and found it very flimsy and not very easy to erect either. Have a good look at it before you commit to purchase PJ.

Same here PJ.....I watched one of the more expensive models turn inside out after only a few hours on the banks of the Tamworth river.
In theory they are great in protected surroundings....but useless when exposed to the elements.
