I have pics but they look exactly the same as the previous ones that I posted....the place never changes.

It was very busy on the weekend....campers everywhere.

It's not that busy every weekend.....try in the cooler months and you should be right. Better still have a couple days off mid week and go.

Mind you there was a lot of space left up the campground....it's just that most people want to stay down close to the toilet block.

Hi,
The charge for firewood is now $10 but it's plentiful for a nights camp.
Also the road is paved all the way along (since the first post). They've even upgraded some of the bridges.

Oh, and the reason it was so busy was because another camping forum were having a meet. Didn't see a picture of my camper trailer in that lot!

I am not sure about the OP.....the road has been paved for quite a number of years. I have been going there since about 2000 and it has always been so in that time.
