Knowing the way the area is going (was great when we built!), They will jack up the wheel and walk it down the street and no-one will bother to look twice. Shame. :?

If your insuring your trailer, check with the no fence thing.
Mate had a box trailer pinched and because it was not behind a gate, they would not pay out on home insurance.
A small trailer may fit into a self storage hire place?
