We have Neurum Creek bush retreat and Landcruiser mountain to start off with once the nights get a bit warmer. We'll proberly only stay a couple of days in each at this stage.

Both are north west of Brisbane. Neurum Creek is a bit west of Caboolture about an hour from brisbane and LCMP is about 2 hours away in the sunshine coast hinterland.

I recall around 20 years ago I camped with the family at Peach Trees near Jimna over Christmas. Even smuggled the kids Chrissy presents into the trailer.

Would you believe that we were the only people camping there.

These days campers are packed in like sardines over most holiday times.

We'll wait until closer to then to assess the fire situation. Didn't get any camping in last x-mas-new year due to fires all over the state.

Frilly

A mate of mine, John Kerslake, is a singer songwriter who lives at Woodford. John is a regular entertainer at the Folk Festival. When you see him say hello for me.

Cant miss him, he's a long haired leftover hippy from the sixties. :*** :***
