I take:

Tent (plus bag of pegs misc. ropes and mash hammer)
Tarp x 2 (and looking to upgrade one of them)
Table
Kitchen / stove table
Chairs x2
Airbed
Fridge with food
and 3 x 30L boxes which we keep all the misc. gear including cooking stuff
Clothes

I can chuck all the gear in my car including packing clothes for a weekend away in 20-30 minutes tent setup takes about 20 minutes tarp about the same. Im looking at a canvas tent cause the dome is too much work - though we are also investing in a king swag for road trips/touring.

Pack up genereally takes about an hour to an hour an 20.

*sigh*
