Sand Fly remedy

Postby Scott S » Tue May 03, 2011 8:50 pm

My wife & young fella got eaten alive by sand flies over the weekend. We had Off & Bushmans (20%) and neither really worked for them. They didn't bite me, I must be too sour. :***

So what's the best way to keep the sand flies away?

On a side note, that Bushman's stuff must be potent gear. It took the colour off my wife's rubber thongs after she sprayed it on her feet & it also took the colour off the door interior where my knee was resting while I was driving!

They also love me and i`ve tried everything ever suggested, there is no particular thing that works well for me,but pine o cleen dries up the bites.

The best one I have found is Natures Botanical Rosemary & Cedarwood Creme. I buy it from the local Horseland store.

Both my daughter and myself have problems with sandflies....not when we use this product though.
