forum, and Victoria seems to be one of the busiest states in the Trips n Tracks section. Toolangi springs to mind but I have no idea on VIC's geography.

As far as i can tell, Victoria doesnt restrict access to as many areas as NSW or QLD say. Having said that we do have some seasonal closures.
To answer your question;
well i cant, very well. I dont know about your area but Toolangi and Mt dissapointment are just north of melbourne and are pretty popular. Im from the west so can only help you in those areas.

The otways has heaps of tracks - but there are lots of seasonal road closures in winter and spring
may need to go towards the forest/appollo bay area in winter for open tracks
