Who is interested in a trip to Innamicka area, including the Dig Tree, Camerons Corner and other sights depending on available time and peoples interet.

I have also selected June 2009 School Holidays, as winter is the bet time to travel there.

I am happy to be the chief organsier, but also open to suggestions, expereinces etc as well.

Vote in the poll. We can now give multiple ansewers, so we now can have multiple questions.

Q1 . Are you interested?
Q2 to 6. From where are you coming
Q7 to 8. What type of vehicle do you have?

Yu can also change you vote at any time as well.

At this stage our long range plan for winter 09 is Cape York.

The trip you outline is fabulous. Mrs Bravo and I went last year and intend going again this year as part of our expedition to West Aus.

If you only have 2 wheel drive don't be put off this trip as it is doable with care and sensible driving

This may sound scary but we are quite normal, though it may require a new definiton of normal.

Its reminds me though, that I need a new axe for the next trip, so I can better split the firewood!

Which reminds me, I always throw in a stack of 130x19 raw pine from work which I use for CT levelling and the rest for fire starting and some nice insta heat firewood.

Before I say I'm interested and I know I will sound like a knob however... how far is this from Brisbane?? (in time and ks if you can) I have a Ford Fiesta so just a 2WD, is this suitable?? I would be traveling alone, again would that be okay?

It's a fairly central part of australia frilly. I would imagine the trip would be around the 7-10 day mark.
