Postby Troyk » Sun Dec 30, 2007 8:24 pm

well its that time of the year. What are your resolutions/

For me its the usual lose some weight and stop being rude to everyone.

Also more camping, a bigger house, and a bit more camping.

For me it is
Reduce debt
Finish Camper Trailer
Get a new job that dosen't require 60 hrs week (but pays the same)

That should allow us to enjoy each other's company a bit more (my spouse that is) and get out camping and meeting people.

And i would like to like to set my daughters' up in their endaevours.

Sounds like Xmas wish list rather than Resolutions... but maybe next year.

I have resolved to work less this year and go camping more often.

In fact I have decided to retire and will do so on 1/2/08 :armsup

Me too, I will have to keep out of trees and off motorbikes to keep this resolution and to go camping more often.

Never too old to climb trees!

I went to see some friends who were camping and there were no chairs left but there was a branch which was horizontal and about 4 feet off the ground so I sat on that. I had to get down to put some wood on the fire and instead of jumping out I thought I would climb back down (got a bung knee, jumping out of trees isn't good) the way I came up and missed a branch and fell head first into the fork of the tree  Ended up with 2 black eyes and a completely swollen face

This wasn't long before I showed 4WD Monthly around Bundy for the DVD thats why I wore a hat the whole DVD. My head has a hole near the hairline now and is still a little swollen in one section :(
