Anyone dehydrate?

mines a set temp and I never felt I needed to change temp.I guess its how pro you want to get I guess.

I would have thought that good food dehydrators would be available from any halfway decent electrical outlet.

Mind you I am always skeptical about purchasing things over the net, just my personal opinion though.
