I've just invested in a new BBQ. All my previous BBQ's have been your very basic open grill/plate style, however my new one is a hooded BBQ, and I'm keen to start cooking up a storm with it. Can anyone recommend a good BBQ cook book for roasts etc. I really need one that tells me the basics like how long the BBQ needs to heat for, at what temperature the meat should be cooked at, and how to physically cook it eg. on a rosting rack, wrapped in foil or whatever. As you can see, I have no idea and need some help. Thanks.
