AVG also cleans it up as well. Might be best to do it BEFORE the beers, keep a clear head. Have the beers after to relax...

If I drink beer and go ont he comp I generally stuff things up even more ... :$

It crosses my mind most days ... but I reckon computers are evil and must be punished ... :twisted:

Spyware can be hard to kill! Going back to a restore point probably wont work, but it might. Other than that all I can suggest is a trip to a local comp expert.

No more virus!!!!

AVG Spyware d/l some definitions and then rebooted my computer ... and since then I haven't had any problems!!!

To think they did that just for me ... :?#

Grats scol, one positive about malicious software is that a fix ends up in a definitions list pretty quick.
