Looks like the Getz gets  packed to the hilt, BUT look at this, this is my BMW, I toured Europe like this for 6mths, learning to minimise is paramount on a bike.
Austria, yes the photo is back the front, scanning old photos takes it's toll

You learn to adapt and minimise, a trailer would help though

We camped for 1 night up at Carrington Falls and the campers next to us were obviously touring on a motor bike.My kids kept asking me how are they going to get all that on the bike.

So we waited and watched without being rude.

We were amazed.

Like a jigsaw puzzle....
They too had travelled o/s this way...

Great pics!

I once toured in Ireland on a pushbike for 10 days. Camped in paddocks. All my gear on the back and front of the bike. I was in my 20s though and didn't need as much comfort as I do now!

That is amazing PJ!!!!! :+

Although I find that three (non furry) kids need more stuff than the furry variety (swags, chairs, clothes, food etc) I would never get all my stuff into a Getz like you do.

Also I always find that I need to pack nearly as much for one night as I do for a week!! ::()

PJ, that's what my 4WD used to look like. Do the babies sit on the front seat? lol

Redback, that is awesome! 6 months of touring... I think I could handle that. I'd like to do a tour through Italy on a road or mountain bike (manual labour) and stay at B&B's along the way. One day!

Yes i lay the front seat down put the dogs bed on that and they all snuggle up together. They love it because normally they are harnessed in but here they are up high and can see all.
