Winter is netball season for our two girls and as I'm Vice Pres of our association here it usually means Sats are an all day netball fest!!!! Our son golfs all year round and is usually off somewhere on Sats also. Hoping this weekend the girls will both get the bye and we can duck out somewhere along the river for a night in the CT!!!! :armsup

We have just got back from a conference in Darwin with the kids so that was a great but "hot & sweaty" break for us as we took a couple of extra days up there but not long enough to do Kakadu or Litchfield but we were planning on doing that in one of our retirement trips in the future anyway. Back home now and have gone from top temp of 34 to 12, it's freezing here!!!! ::()

During winter we usually plan the next big trip(Mallacoota in Oct) and ferry kids around to their sports mostly but try to get in at least two overnighters so we can have that campfire. ::) no matter how cold it gets!!!

Love the bus and the bar!!!! :+

We are just about to hit the BIG 10 degrees here and it's already 11am and YES the sun is out ::()

Aaaah to have 24 degrees again would be lovely especially without that delightful breeze blowing with the wind chill factor of only -1!!!!

Sailing....and more sailing...should do jobs but they can always wait. still beautiful weather in sunny Qld...no softies here...swimming at Peel Island on the weekend, doggies on the beach, drinks at sunset...hangon...drinkies all the time :*** fishing is great in the cooler months...but too busy camping then...Do have that fire going at night but really just for atmosphere to get geared up for camping in the holidays. Sailing...camping...sailing...camping...so hard to find time to do the mowing and housework let along actually working to pay for it all...Gotta love it!! :+

That is so cute...love the pram...I have a chiwawa..(yep...okay don't spell it that way but really couldn't be bothered trying to remember) he is a little in his prime and loves to walk there but not back...but they are $199...seriously..you can buy an actual pram for that...just put him in my arms upside down and he falls asleep.
