Think that pic was roast beef....think lamb is the better choice although the ole chook comes out pretty good as well and almost 'idiot' proof to cook ...lol

We bought one of those water heaters for hot water / showers etc...Have made up a better way of hanging the shower....so ...keen to try that as well

Thats sounds like a good idea.....I normally roast mine in water....to keep it moist....think the water would help in here as well

I'm back in my nice 'WARM' Brisvagus after a great FREEZING week in Perth.....I can not ever remember it being so cold over there....waking to '0' deg is not my idea of fun..
We had the greatest time out ...driven by Limo to Sth Perth then onto a beautiful restaurant to celebrate my Sisters 60th birthday...lots more drinks...then home for the cake.

I can't believe how much Perth has growen since we left (21yrs ago...lol)...and our old home has gone up 700% in value.....Every suburb is now linked together as was the drive down to Rockingham.....amazing growth !!!....housing all the way.

Still it was so great for the whole family to meet up again.

Cheers

Rosco
