Ok all. After slaving all day to make Titch's favourite Silverbeet & Cheese pies, and found out that he actually posted it on the forum, I now must share with you the easiest recipe ever. Mind you he will now have to do the dishes!!!!!
I use: and mind you this is all Approximate, as it all depends on your taste.

10 - 12 large Silverbeet leaves - Chopped finely
2 Tablespoons Keens mustard
2 large onions - chopped
approx 500gm pkt Tasty cheese (grated) or grate your own if you have the time
3 eggs (best is the free range) yummy
200g diced bacon
Salt/Pepper to taste
Touch of thickened cream
Puff pastry
Wash the Silverbeet twice or three times (you don't want grubs or dirt in it), drain and shake as much excess water from it as possible.
Mix together all the other ingredients (except the Puff pastry) then mix in the Silverbeet until all blended.
That's it - Simple.
Now you can do whatever you wish with it.
Cutting the pastry to size depends on the following.
I sometimes use the cup cake baking tray (a scone cutter is the ideal size to cut the pastry and use in this tray)
or a small quiche pan (approx the size of a small saucer)
or a large quiche pan used to baked for the whole family.
Depending on the size of the dish, make sure you preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius.
Using this amount will give you approx 20 small quiche sizes or nearly 200 cup cake sizes.
This is all suitable for freezing.
Make sure you enjoy
