Only in America!!! Had a quick look and boy the yanks like things BIG!!!
I had a little chuckle at the matching (colour) cars and trailers (mostly Jeeps) and the sizes of some of the tyres!!!!!
They certainly put them through their paces though......some of the positions they had their vehicles in I wouldn't dare try and do that with my Prado(scared it would wreak it) would freak me out a bit not to mention the contents of my CT would be all over the place.....the one of the guy coming down the steep flat rock was unbelieveable not to mention some of the other places they tried to get through.

Re the pics of the chimney.....
Not only in America....I saw similar to this camp in a TeePee style tent a number of years ago in what used to be called Noosa North Shore Wilderness Camp on the north shore from Tewantin.
Have not checked on the link yet..
