Hello - Horse Trekker

Postby WaikatoValuta » Thu Apr 12, 2007 11:16 pm

Hello all,

I’m new on here, so just saying hi.

My plan is for a 18 month trip on horseback from Healesville to Cook town. I’m researching gear and planning carefully, I really want this to go well. Unfortunately it’s going to cost a bit so it won’t be happening for at least another 2 years. :(

I’m 20yo and I’m a part time Accountancy student and full time PA. Does anyone else on here camp with horses?

WOW that's some trip your're organsing.
I'm not a horse rider, so can't help there, but there's plenty of info here regarding camping etc and lot's of people to help out.
Good Luck

Welcome to the forums!

I think you'd be the first horse trecker to grace us with your presence. Maybe we can learn something from you?
