New to Oz but not to camping.

Postby Paul P » Fri Aug 24, 2012 11:54 pm

Hello all,

My wife and I just moved to Oz 7 weeks back and have already bought ourselves a small camping set up. We have two boys aged 9 and 6 who both love the camping and we also have ourselves a 4x4 already, things are going good for us so far. We both like going camping and exploring and I am hoping to use this website to pick some brains of people for all our camping needs. We came over from Kent in the UK and have moved to Mandurah in WA just south of Perth.

Hi Paul & welcome to the forum
Where you are living used to be my favorite get-a-way camping spot when we lived in Perth......Unfortunatly due to progress (they call it)....the camping ground has gone now and replaced with commercial buildings. :(
Life is not about how hard you can hit, but how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward.
