Day Trippers - Meet up on the Saturday 26 April 2008. There is a charge for day visitors of $2 per adult, $1 per child.

Campers - We will book 10 sites (unpowered). There are powered sites but if you want on of those you will need to book direct with the park. If you want one o the booked sites please PM me. I will list who has grabbed the sites. Once the 12 sites are taken, you will need to book direct with the site.

Pets - Permitted in the area to be booked. Creekside camping does not allow pets. $50 deposit required.

Costs -
Powered Site (per night) - $10/adult, $5/child(1-14yo), $6/student(15-18yo),$5/air conditioners.

Park Details - Borumba Deer Park, Ph 07 5484 5196, http://www.borumbadeerpark.com/

Thursday Night - Nothing organised as people will be coming in at various times, but feel free to mingle and congregate.

Friday Night - Camp Oven Cook Off #2. Here is your chance to show your culinary skills with a camp oven. The idea is everyone will do a dish and put it onto the table.

Saturday Night - Get together around the BBQ. Just bring your own meat, salad, veges, desert, drinks, well everything you will plan to eat and drink.

I will update this post as the details come to hand.

Looks good. Well suited to a gathering. Anyone been? Any photos? If not I'll do a recon in the next couple of weeks, perhaps 1 Dec. Don't mind getting out PM if you would like to join me.

If everyone can have a look and post your thoughts or any ideas.

pretty much the amount of kids there was to play with mine and leave me to :beer
and the kareoke and movies for the kids at night

not the storm that ripped through 10 minutes after getting there while setting up though but that was a little funny and another story to tell

someone asked for a site as a place to go, we have used Mt Mee s/p for several trips Archer camp site has 9 nice shady sites and 2 safe swimming holes, a resident bush turkey who is friendly along with kockaburras, goannas and many other little creatures good toilet and a shower (byo bucket and hot water) sites are large and well spread out, plenty of space for balls and bikes. Lots of tracks for the 4wd to try.Woodford (great bakery ) and Kilcoy close by for the supplys , good acess from Woodford 2wd end of the track.

regards :beer
