Just post here and Al should pick it up. If you can do the poll, if you haven't already just to keep track.

Hi evry 1 Firstly It looks like a good response to the weekend the venue had been changed from Woorim to Bongaree Caravan Park the reason for this is that they only have 6 tentsites and we couldnt take the chance of us all not fitting( there is a plus safety for the littlekids no waves) so I have booked so far from the poll 5 tent sites and 4 trailers ( in total I have the names of tent site

Mystical oz
Mullie grub clan
Ak Wagner
Bjg Thompson
Challenge Lee ? (do you need another site for your friend)

trailers
Troy and fam
kazzakanary
Alan and Fam
and 1 more is that you Andy and Ang ?

I will need to know who is coming Friday or just Saturday night. Food for friday is fend for yourself Saturday Hawian evening if evry 1 could bring thier own meat if they eat meat, A salad and a sweet for the banquet table , keep a watch out on here for any updates (any ideas most welcome to make this gathering a brilliant and fun evening ) Alan

count me and my tribe in if that's okay. 1 camper trailer and two tent sites. craig and vanessa, my twin girls (4) and my brother and cousin. I hope this is not inconvenient but i didn't know you changed the venue. Thanks Craig. P.s everyone is looking forward to this and meeting likeminded peoples. Hope all had a good christmas and new year.
