Lifestyle Camper Trailer

Hopefully they spend more on their product then they do on their website as I can't find anything about them on the Internet. So I can't comment unfortunately lj-Gtr (what does that stand for by the way).

Lifesytle camper trailer

Postby danran » Wed Jul 19, 2006 5:08 pm

We have had our lifstyle camper for about 18months now and have been extremely happy with it. The service we recieved from them at time of purchase was second to none and the quality of the product is fantastic. Yes value for money I believe is great.
When we have setup camp we seem to be the centre of attention, everyone wants to have a look "they say" it is the best looking and also appears to be the best built around.
We can highly recommend the lifestyle campers. :D :D :D

Lifestyle Good - After service BAD

Postby Darky » Fri Oct 20, 2006 5:51 pm

Howdy,
We have had ours fro 18 months and have made some changes due to standard equipment not being so good. Our gas bottle rack fell apart. the pumping Tap broke and the Jockey wheel is all loose on its swivel mount. I have phoned lifstyle and Emailed and it seems they do not want to reply to any negative replies on their product. Apart from that we are happy with the canvas side of things however make sure you get a galvanised trailer as they must have painted mine outside on a rainy day !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111
Enjoy as you go as it is not a dress rehersal

Meh boost is for girls - theres no replacement for displacement ;)

skyline motors are nice - I used to drive a VL turbo station wagon with a 5 speed manual - its a shame there gear boxes aren't as good as their motors. If i ever have another it will be fitted witha supra box ;) (i had to rebuilt the MX-7 box 3 times at $3000 a go it wasnt cheap)

I have a freind who had an LJ that could do the quater in under 12 seconds (thats quick in any ones book) and that was a naturally aspirated 202
Probably one of the scariest ride ive ever been in and i've been in sub 10 second cars and nascars

Any way thats a little OT

As for the alluminium trailer - i couldnt see anything about the trailer being alluminium - it does state galvanized and when we get things galvanized we add on 10% to the raw steel weight (I'm an estimator and manager for a structural steel fabricator so i deal with galvnizing all the time). 10% is a little fat and its more like 3% - not that its really going to make 2/5ths of stuff all difference just that i would check that it is alluminium if thats what you think it is
