NSW - Mogo Caravan Park

NSW - Mogo Caravan Park

Postby Redback » Mon Jul 21, 2008 2:06 pm

Mogo Caravan Park on the south coast of NSW would have to be THE WORST place i have ever stayed at, the so called cabins are converted caravans, with crappy built annexes made with left over cladding.

The weekend was going to be 2 days of fun riding dirtbikes in Mogo State Forest with my daughter, it was orginised to raise money for APEX, i thought i won't camp cause we would be knackered and dirty after riding all day, so i booked a cabin in the park :--?

When we booked we asked if we would need bedding, the reply was no, so we didn't take anything, boy wasn't that a mistake.

There brochure made the place look great, it wasn't

I spoilt an otherwise great weekend and to make things worse, i didn't have a beer all weekend   :$

I often find that both brochures and websites give an overrated view of places. Sorry Baz that you had such a dreadful time of it.
