Not another newbie

Postby 232Bar » Sun Nov 23, 2008 9:34 am

Greetings all,

Just joined up toady as my 'camping life' has been re-activated after a few years of it in the UK. Just been setting up with a 110ltr Waeco and a 105Ah Thumper and the list is just beginning - trailer or trailer tent (now THERE'S a dilemma!!)

Anyway - Hi to all

Hi 232Bar and WELCOME to the forum. I see you have a pic of a dog up, is that your best friend??

There are a few members here who camp with their canine family, me included.

I am sure it does not matter what you choose to camp in, the result will be the same.

Cheers...

Welcome..... :+

Wow not starting out small....110lt Waeco!!! :?#
We have just bought our first fridge 40ltr Primus and we have 3 kids and thought that it would be big enough to lug around.... after dragging our 110ltr esky for the past couple of years we wanted to down size.
We have just upgraded from a 12 man tent to a campertrailer with soft floor and we are loving it. We are just starting to get right into this campertrailer thing and hubby is now having the dual battery put in the Prado and looking at hooking the campertrailer up with electrics. Great fun!!!!! :armsup

Hi,

We're harsh and don't take the hounds with us (not enough room for starters!!) we get a pet sitting woman to come and see to them. The one in the pic is an Italian Spinone, not ours but we have the same breed, and we have a Border Terrier - one extreme to the other LOL
