Big digger thing

Big digger thing

As we were driving through Nanango on the weekend we had to stop and get a photo of this. It's a big digger dragline bucket thingy majiggy. It's just on the side of the road outside of town. I assume it's placed there as a bit of a touristy thing.

Meeky you are correct - Dragline Bucket - but this is only a baby - mainly use to remove over burden on site on massive quantaties to get to the main seam faster - some useless info for ya - draglines are used more in queensland than any other stae and only last year did the first one start ise in WA !!!!

Search the web for Ensham mine site/dragline under water and u will see the best oics ever of one of the biggest machines in the state being drowned lmaoo

Thanks for the info marto, yeah mining stuff is huge eh.

Here's a video of some crazy truck driver running over a car like mine. Gives some idea about sizes of these things!

Lol that is big! a scrap metal dealers dream!
We do not go to the green woods and crystal waters to rough it, we go to smooth it. We get it rough enough at home, in towns and cities. -Nessmuk
