Looking for a new home - a 5L Dreampot. See http://www.dreampot.com.au/ for more info.

Now we're camping using a small car and roof rack, there's no room for the Dreampot and we have little use for it at home.

It's in very good order and complete.

A nominal $50 cash will suffice, pick up here at Deception Bay. Posted it is $20 extra to ACT, NSW, Vic, Qld and SA and $25 extra to WA, Tas and NT. Cash or PayPal or Bank transfer.

HI,

Can I have it please? I would love to own one and we are going on a big trip next year where I think I could utilise it a lot.

Please call my mobile and we can arrange for it to be collected. I can even transfer the money into your account if you like.

Cheers
Lori

Yes I do Lori and I love it, have had mine for about 5 years. There are some threads on here that you might want to look at with info re the Dream Pot.

Do a search using the words Dream Pot and list them in ascending order.

I have well and truely recouped the original cost of my DP just in the savings of energy alone and what cost do you put on convenience and ease of use??

thanks for that I will have a look. I am really looking forward to practicing with it before we actually head out camping.

Maybe a piece of silverside tomorrow for lunch.

The secret to success is in the preparation boiling time...don't skimp on it.

So you should make sure it is really hot before putting it into the outside pot?

You should make sure that if the instructions say to boil for 20 mins, then you do just that...don't skimp on the boiling...don't be guilty of thinking..oh that's close enough that will do:-(((

Thanks for the info Gypsy. I have actually sent an email asking the Dream Pot people of I can buy one of their books. I'm sure it will take a little practice. I work fulltime so it will be good to try it out at home a few times.

They currently have a new book out too Lori. Next time you are at a camping show go and watch Merran do a demo, it is well worth it.

And if I can help any just let me know....

Thanks I will do that although the caravan and camping show is not on until June and we are leaving on our big trip at the end of June. I hope I have tried it a few times before then with some success. I might send them an email to see if they are doing any demonstration in the near future.

Well we had our first meal in the Dreampot tonight. Silverside, and not too bad. I left it in the pot from 6.30am until 5pm which I think is probably a little too long. It was really nice and the recipe was good too. I will be getting the recipe book soon so we shall see what other dishes we can come up with.

Thanks again Elaine. I think I will put this pot to good use. :+
