Postby freeneasy » Thu Jan 29, 2009 5:17 pm

Had a great relaxing 3 days here at the park.

The 1st picture is the site we picked for "Home"

The last photo is just outside the park and couldnt resist taking photo of rain clouds behind the pelicans

Great part of the world. Are there any facilities at that particular spot?
It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt - then it's bloody hilarious!

Fantastic photos and I love the look of your little spot you called 'home'. I'm really looking forward to checking out this NP in September/October.

Gypsy, at Easter, I'm heading to Crescent Head and then on to meet up with a girlfriend for the first half of the 2nd week at Darlington Beach (Big4) which is right near Yuraygir, so will check it out for some day trips. I spoke with a guy from NP's and even he was raving about what a fantastic spot it is, and apparently many camp sites to choose from.

Better yet, pending good weather, we're doing a weekend trip at the end of the month... probably Myall Lakes. Got to have good weather so hubby really gets into it :)
