I hope you all do realise that this falls on Valentines Day - 14 February.

I was actually hoping to come but I will be at Kingsthorpe just west of Toowoomba doing a bit of a cooking demo for some folk who are having a Camp Oven Gathering and who are hoping this will be the start of a Camp Oven Festival.

I'm sure the florist will find my CT to deliver the abundance of bouquets I'm expecting! I must remember to pack a box full of vases for the occassion, and perhaps I'd better take a powered site so that I can run a fridge for all those chocolates I'm going to recieve, oh and I'd better pack a portable safe for the diamonds and pearls that are sure to arrive.

For me, quite a bit on this trip - I'm not bringing a partner, I'm bringing my friend from the Sunshine Coast and I can assure you there will be NO romance or hanky panky happeining at our end of the camp grounds -unless I happen to meet a mysterious, tall, dark and handsome stranger somewhere along the way
(yeah...like that is going to happen ::() )

It has been so hot i don`t think it would even bother me camping in the rain,be quite nice infact.

I am hanging to get away but have a few night shifts until the end of the month so it won`t happen until our girls weekend.

Have a great time all that are going to Boreen Point and Gypsy have a nice weekend where ever you may be off to.And i`ll tell st valentine where he can find you

So guys...how was your weekend???

I camped at Canungra (arriving about 8am) and it rained for most of friday but we were able to get the camps set up in the breaks which was good.

It continued to rain all night on friday night and cleared about mid morning on saturday with a beautiful starry night making an appearance in the evening.

Sunday was BBBBBbeautiful as one would expect...the day you have to pack up and come home.

We had 5 campsites, 7 adults and 4 canine kids and I might say a great time was had by all.

Cheers.....

I think the monsoonal rain on the Sunshine Coast on Friday and Saturday must have put everyone off I'm afraid.
