Yes the weather was a shocker on Saturday,i was thinking of all the campers but Sunday was glorious we got up at 6.00 and took the dogs to the beach, had our little gas stove boiled the billy for a cuppa, real nice. I was a bit peeved because work buggered up my roster, i asked for the 14th March weekend off and they gave me 14th feb weekend off could have went camping.
The Lord is my shepard,i shall not want......only sometimes.

Don't worry - I'll get some pics up later - beautiful shots of sheets of water, lake sized puddles, drowned rats and plenty of red wine and port! This was the first time I used my new camera, so just need to figure out what I'm doing when downloading etc.

Definitely sounds like a GREAT weekend Amanda.
We paddled around all friday without shoes in the puddles too but they subsided pretty much by mid morning on saturday and we were back to wearing sandles etc pretty quickly.

We had torrential rain all day Friday, right through Friday night, and up until about 8.00pm Saturday night. As you said, it was perfect weather for packing up.
