Actual Caravan sites in C'van parks

Postby Hi Ho » Sat Sep 09, 2006 5:02 pm

Is there a WEBSITE where I could look to find the number of Caravan Park sites (camp sites) there are in Australia?

So you wan to know how many carvan parks there are in australia, and how may 'parking' spots each has for RV's/Camper vans right??

What did your last slave die of?
THERE's ALOT  , Aus is a big place ;)
This site has a search function for caravan parks, although not EVERY single park in aus is listed... that would be damn near impossible http://www.camping.com.au/ . Just select the little box with the pic of the caravan on it and search for a camp ground in the area you want.

Alternatively, if you narrow it down a bit - like, to a suburb or generall area - I'm sure a few here can help with past experiences at various sites.

In my generall experience, if a campground has permanent cabins/vans etc, they also have quite a few 'random' spaces available too. But it always helps to pre-book especially during peak periods.

NO there ISN'T

Any moron could assume this. Guess you can't. How the hell could any one person or organisation know the exact number of caravan parks throughout and entire country? It's not like there's a national register.
But I guess there's close to what you want, http://www.yellowpages.com.au Search for caravan parks and start counting... HAVE FUN
