I show u all my kitchen i made

AL tube is 25mm was from bunnings and the black connections also from bunnings
just cut tube length then push in connections in then cover box with al checker plate

cost all up under $185<

You might want to reduce the size of the pic brownie...make it more forum friendly.

Is a good job.

If you dont know how to resize the picture send me a message will do it for you.

That product your usiong is called cubilok and if anybody else is looking at doing this buy it from capral its heaps cheaper about $30 per 6.5mtre length.

Very good use of that aluminium bar. I used it in my aviary once.

If you haven't already, might I suggest that you build something underneath, such as nylon slides, so that your kitchen actually sits solid on the floor of the trailer when the tail gate is closed. This will prevent excess strain on the fittings and stop it eventually sagging.

They both look good!

I would suggest a folding leg too on the alu one.. maybe have it so it is adjustable in height as well for different terrain.
