I am not a recognised doctor but through this site and a few others I could cure your depression, se*ual disfucntion and organise you a wife or two.
But on the query of the consuming beer it IS VITAL that you get your daily intake of carbs and vitamins. It is a well known fact that quality beer has malt (sugars and carbs) which will increase your energy for the walk ahead, quality beer also contains a quantity of yeast which is rich in vitamin B just like Vegemite (Could be used for breakfast).
For the complete range of daily intake I will prescribe you a large steak with creamy mushroom sauce for dinner and a scotch on the rocks for a night cap.
I have talked it over with my wife and she is questioning your medical credentials. When I pointed out that you could organise a 2nd wife (or more) she reluctantly agreed to allow me to try your 'SPAMMER'. I have opted to double my intake as well as include a full bacon and egg breaky over the weekend. I will crawl back into your surgery on Monday.
On that note I won't drinking again tonight as I did the wrong thing (maybe) and took the missus geo-caching last night and she actually liked it Surprised me! So we will be out again tonight to find some more.

Do you use a handheld GPS or have oyu got a PDA with Ozi? I ahve the latter and it's pretty much strapped into the car so if you have to get out to follow a plot It could be a bit tricky as the battery life isn't that long.
I have myself a really expensive GPS it was less than $100 from supercheap 2 years ago, it works well, I want ozi on a laptop at some stage It would make it easier to find the roads to get to these places but on the other hand its probably more fun driving around until I get close as possible then get out and walk.
