Hi Everyone

Thought it was time to introduce myself, have been reading the post for awhile and getting heaps of info.
We are a blended family of 5 boys ranging from 8 - 28 with the older ones having wives, girlfriends and I have a beautiful 8 year old grandson and the most georgeous 4 month old granddaughter. We also have a boisterious cattle dog pup who loves to camp along with the rest of us.
After tent camping for awhile we decided to go with a camper trailer last year and it was the best decision we ever made. So much more comfortable, we use it whenever we can and have found we will stay for longer now than when we had the tent.. My husband has built a kitchen for the camper complete with gas oven and is currently building a box for the poles and his chainsaws, etc (handy having a carpenter in the family). My oldest son is also looking at a camper trailer now after staying with us at Christmas.
Busy planning an Easter Trip to Wee Jasper for the family including the grandkids and the pup. Nothing better than relaxing by the river with your family and friends enjoying a nice glass of wine or beer.

Hi Trish and WELCOME ot the forum. Glad to see you have been looking around and that you have already gotten heaps of info, which is what we do well here.

Lots of real campers out there doing some real camping. Also very pleased to see that the canine member of the family has not been forgotten.

Cheers Gypsy...

Hi Trish,

Welcome to the forum, great to see another Happy Camper.
There is plenty of us with plenty of great info to share.
A camper trailer sounds wonderful, much better than tent.
We went camping with tents recently and got rained out.
I was seriously wishing we had a camper trailer.

Best Wishes
