I think for once we'll skip the Easter trip. :( It is the busiest time of year here and for once I don't want to be stressing about getting there before everyone else to secure a decent spot.

But we will be going to Wee Jasper the weekend after this one. :D

Haha! I had to come back to edit this when I found out that the weekend after this one IS Easter!!! So we may risk the crowds after all... Will see.

I'm pulling my over-sized rugbrat out of school a day early and heading to Delicate Nobby near Crescent Head, NSW for the first week, followed by 5 nights further north at Darlington Beach (near Coffs Harbour NSW), then meandering back to Sydney via wherever the wind takes us :)

Staying home to avoid the masses and heading off to South West Rocks from Anzac Day for a week, then back to Iluka for the a few days on the way home again.
It's all fun and games until someone gets hurt - then it's bloody hilarious!

My two girls (11 & 14) and I are going to my sister's place in Sydney for the weekend as the boys are playing golf all Easter!!! I am taking them out of school for the day on Thursday so we can meander our way to Syd (only 4 hrs) with a girly lunch thrown in on the way. :armsup

We are taking them to the Zoo with their two nephews and hopefully my sister and I will get in some much needed retail therapy and a girly lunch!!!!! ::)

We are also going to Luna Park on Good Friday as we are taking my nephew there for his 4th bday....how cute..

Also maybe the cinema to watch "Alice in Wonderland" as we dont have a cinema here anymore. Also breakky on the harbour one morning while we are waiting to catch the ferry.

Really looking forward to it....nearly as good as going camping

We are heading to Bestbrook, my parents are coming for the first time so had to go somewhere with flushing toilets

Taking my new fur baby for her first camping trip and our first with a dog, so should be interesting. Don't think we will have too many hassles with her, after all does this innocent little face look like trouble?

We are camping at Wee Jasper with family and friends and looking forward to relaxing. Heading off early to hopefully secure a river side spot, not to concerned if we don't though as we are just looking forward to getting away.

I just realised that I will have to take some time off work to look after my daughter during school holidays, which start here on 9 April. So I see no reason why I'd brave the Easter crowds this time. We'll go to Wee Jasper the weekend after or the weekend after that for a few days. I'm hoping campfires will be allowed and that some friends will join us.

Being a shift worker and Hubbie a shift worker i can't recall the last time we camped at Easter.
One of us is usually rostered on.
Too many penalty rates to entice us $$$$$$

We avoid it and camp during the school Hols, but not over Easter.

Off to Newnes the week after Easter for 5 nights.
Haven't been out that way much.

That puppy is a dead set chick magnet. Good move! :***

Titch, that sounds kinda like our house and sounds like fair play to me ;) Maybe you can turn the iPod on LOUD and get down and groovy with a few beers while painting.
