Setting up a new account in the forum

Postby gcnewbie » Wed Oct 12, 2005 1:29 pm

I always struggle setting up new accounts in these forums. Passwords, information about me etc. I note yours only requires username, email and password, which is good. :D

But I also noticed that the authentication code is case sensitive so if capitals are shown then you must use capitals, a trick for young players. :?

But I did succeed and now I am going to go have a look at this 'meet an outdoor type' you are talking about. :P

Hey there ozzycamperboy. Thanks for that. How very hospitable of you. I am up on the Gold Coast. I wish some of the clubs up here thought the same way as you. I guess it a camping thing all that fresh air and all.

Will catch you when I'm not sneaking time at work to chat. Hey how did you do the pole/voting thing in the other forum?

Hey gcnewbie,

I think Ozzy may be taking the mickey out of you on that one ‘alt f4’ I think will log you out. Try having a look at the FAQ's but the short answer is you need permission. What did you want to set up?
