Yarramalong

Hi

just wondering if anyone has been to Yarramalong near Aratula recently - particularly at Easter. We're looking at options for camping at Easter next year and this one has come up

would be interested to hear what any you folk think of this place and the details on facilities etc. We have a rather large set up with 2 other families so prefer to have a decent amount of space if possible.

anyway look forward to hearing your comments

I go to The Gorge which is on this side of the creek from Yarramalong....it is a lot cheaper and I prefer the management there.

Both places are over the top at Easter but the Gorge less so as it is a smaller campground and the numbers are limited.

No idea where that is, but you sure start planning well in advance!

Wow, I'd be hopeless at that. I never go anywhere where you can book.

yes agree - need to get in early for decent places. Contacted Spring Gully Stays last week and they are already booked out in the area near the facilities at Easter next year and only have the bush camping section which has a toilet and no showers available. With all the females in our camping crew at Easter camping without showers nearby is not an option unfortunately.

Anyway am still looking - will be organising a few weekend reccies soon. Also interested in Murphys Creek as well.

thanks for your input GL and Lin
