With the lid down Roscoe you can't hear them moaning at all!!! :*** :*** :***

That's why I have a big automatic machine so I can do all three of them at once.....makes life easier :beer

I wash mine in the bath tub with softly added, wring out as much water as I can, then place in tumble dryer with LOW heat and a couple of tennis balls added.
Works a treat. But then it all depends on what's inside your sleeping bag, ie, down, or synthetic. different requirements for either.
