climate smart

A place to talk about anything well just about anything (this is a family show remember).

climate smart

Postby sienna » Tue Oct 26, 2010 1:01 pm

So just had the climate smart guy in. He was 1 1/4hrs late and I'm not really sure why. He did tell me he went to another appt. I thought the whole reason of scheduling a time was so that you wouldn't have to wait around unnecessarily. When I rang up climate smart to see where he was (at 40min late), they rang me back to say he was '10min round the corner'... well 35min later he finally turned up.

He stayed for bout 20min, gave me all the bulbs etc and the new shower head, which I will be installing later cos he couldn't really figure it out......
Anyway, I didn't have to fork out $50 cos I still had the old Brisbane City Council $50 rebate ticket which apparently is still valid.
So all in all, I got to read my book and gained a whole bunch of free lights and a new shower head.
Lucky I didn't try to schedule a doc appt today like I was thinking of doing.......

Over an hour late for a scheduled appt without so much as a phone call to you is appaulling. :$

And then not being able to install the products he was banging on about is ridiculous....

Maybe he is in the wrong job???????
