yeah, and then it took me an hour to get from the Gateway Bridge to Nudgee because of traffic (normally takes a five minutes). , so with all the traffic it ended up taking 5 hours instead of the normal 3 1/2 hours.

I have a few pics, not many though. The country is all really green at the moment. Plenty of water in the creeks.

I only took a few photos of the gorge/creek, and mainly did some video playing in the 4wd. I'll try to get a few pics up tonight.

Gypsy.....Arn't we STILL waiting for your pics from the weekend before....When you went camping ????

And Steve....Boy do I know what its like travelling from the bridge to Strathpine....takes me an hour & half often.....20 minutes when I 'm on night shift....Friday nite is always a shocker.

This is the gorge we stopped at for lunch, i chucked a trap in the creek and caught a huge... ok, not so huge Shrimp....

Exactly? at the end of this long track :lol: It's about half way between Murgon and Gayndah. It's all private property through there, so unfortunatley the public can't access it legaly without permission. It's a shame i guess, there would be a lot of great country in Australia that is private property, but that may be a good thing also, because it stops places being trashed.

Rosco, yeah sometimes i go to Strathpine / Brendale after work, and it's not much fun, and getting out of Strathpine going back to Clontarf adds another 30minutes, they have all these traffic lights!
