My Ice Box

Postby knoath » Wed Jan 05, 2011 12:39 pm

Just had to say how great my Ice box performed on our last trip.
We have a 135 lt 'Esky', well it's better than an esky, we had 2 1/2 slabs, milk, juice, bacon, eggs, cheese, meat etc all kept cool with 4 bags of ice and some bottled water, frozen.
Well after 4 days we handed out to the rest of the camp 2 bags of still frozen ice and the water bottles were only thawed once we got home (2 1/2hr drive) and put them in the sink overnight!
We bought it for about $140 on sale down from $240 at Ray's Outdoors last Xmas.
Worth every cent !!!

Anyone else find these things great???
