Scored a Tinnie!!

Postby Woodsy » Tue Mar 15, 2011 2:44 pm

I managed to pick up this 10ft Tinnie for FREE. I live on the Central Coast and we have great fishing around here so i plan on taking it out into the bays to drop a line. All i need now is an engine for it. I will also take it up to Mungo etc, this will make the camping trips a little bit different.

Thanks Titch,

I've put another rod holder in it and 2 drink holders too, my only other mod is to get some holders tig welded into the corners for an awning. Unfortunately i dont think i am going to find a free engine to go with it though lol

Not sure what the max size engine is for it, i just want a small one say 5hp. Dont need a licence if i dont go over 10knots.

Mate...I told you there is a ''God''.....lol
*************************************

I bought a 12ft to go on top of the trailer when we 1st moved back to Aussie....Her-in-doors refused to ever get in the thing....
(We had a 40ft back in NZ.....After that...everything was to small for her to feel safe.)Took the father-in-law a couple of times...but he never liked fishing :( ....So,,,I sold it.
1st time I haven't owned a boat of some sort...for over 30yrs. :(
