Not normally away from the tourist strip though and therein lies the secret to successful Easter camping.

Who could believe that the 1st ''1/4'' of the year has gone already and for some reason or other...We haven't had a camp so far this year.....Mainly rain & work.....terrible combo :(

Gotta get better for winter,,,,,I went to the Redlands Showgrounds today to see about camping there this Easter so that atleast Avis & Bailie could have a break,,,,,and still close enough for me to travel each day/nite to work if I can't get time off.........Was very dissapointed when they told me that they only allow caravans and motorhomes....no tents....bummer :(
Back to the drawing board.....

:cheers :cheers

Been too hot as well not just the rain,i am off for 5/6 days in two weeks, going to Maccas camp ground, might have a drive this weekend just to check it out,pet friendly, hot showers, equipped camp kitchen, limited sites so they don`t get invaded, wild life roaming free, dogs will love that..$10 / $20 per night depending on how many people..i`m $10..it says both powered and unpowered sites.
Haven`t got my Easter roster so no use even planning for that,i`d say i`ll be working the Friday and Monday at least.
The Lord is my shepard,i shall not want......only sometimes.
