Bring On Summer I think

Postby boatie1010 » Mon Jun 13, 2011 9:03 am

I don't whether i am getting old or just getting soft but this weather is bloody awful. The thought of camping at the moment is somewhat Crazy unless you live up north or in Darwin. I say bring on Spring or Summer and let the sun shine, and i promise i won't whinge about the heat towards Christmas.

I always look forwards to winter up here in Qld......I can't stand the rain in summer....atleast in winter it just means you put on a jumper....or sit around the fire at nite to keep warm

:cheers

That's not bad either.

I like Moonshine Madness too although not many people know it. It is only available from the maker, Heritage Wines at Stanthorpe in Qld

Um don't know if you noticed but last year we had quite a wet winter, Rosco! And then a sopping wet summer. Will be camping this year over christmas in my ct so hopefully it will be a bit drier than last year. On a different site that is a lot more grassy so less mud. Always a bonus with small kids. Ava will nearly be crawling by then, probably earlier if her level of activity now is anything to go on.
