Hi.
I am a new member & live in Lake Macquarie NSW.
I have 2 camping trips coming up soon.

The first well be with my 3 kidsduring these school holidays on Myall Lake somewhere. Only a couple of days. First time they will have been camping outside a caravan park. If you can call that camping.

The second, in approx 8 weeks, will be a solo 5 day trip. I will be kayaking from Tea Gardens, up the myall river, keeping the land to my left, and paddling the 170km round trip around Myall lake and back again.
Can't wait!

:hello: Welcome to the forum Bernard!!!

Your upcoming trips sound great and I look forward to hearing how they went and of course some pics. The kids will love it I'm sure. What kids don't love camping!!!

That is a beautiful area around Myall Lakes.

I am hoping to get our CT out this weekend for a bit of TLC now that all our winter sports are done and dusted and we have our weekends back!!! ::)

WELCOME to the forum Bernard.....some great adventures you have coming up.

As XB said....the kids will love it and make sure you give them there own specific chores to do. Let them feel like they are contributing to the camp as well.

And above all.....don't forget the camera.
