More the 'merrrrier' ,,,,,,,ask her to come.......let me know if she needs a tent,,,i still have 2 at home ....(after Avis sold the others that I had at a garage sale she had with her mother)

She reckons she will top and tail in the van,i said noway it`s a single bed,if she doesn`t want to tent it i`ll putll the single bed out and throw a double in the back????????? she has to get the Friday off work and permission from her hubby yet,.i`m not inviting her hubby he is one of these that hates seeing his wife enjoy herself,when we have work do`s he rings her and says the kids/dogs/him are real sick she better come home,she gets home and there is nothing wrong..

I know what you mean PJ, I have a friend like that but her hubby doesnt ring her he is always having a go at her for being selfish spending money on going out once in a blue moon......bit rich coming from a guy who rarely works and if he does he spends all his money on smokes and grog not the bills, food for his kids, presents for kids at xmas or birthdays etc......got himself a chinese takeaway one night and his little 8 yr old son asked if he could have some and he said no.....get your mother to buy you some!!!! ::() Ars@&le is too kind a word for this bloke.....but she is one of my best friends so what can you do!!!!!!

Forgot to mention he is extremely close to being an alcoholic as well!!!!!! YUKKKKKK

Great to see we might have some extras. The more the merrier.
I also have a couple spare tents if needed. I have a smaller two room doom tent plus the oztrail family dome tent (3rooms plus screen room).

Xmasbaby, in terms of your friend, get her lots of pamphlets with info about alcoholics, separating, parental support, womens support etc and give them to her. Then your friend can read them and see that there's lot of help out there for people in her position should she choose to find the courage to face the problems. Sorry to be off topic but us girls have to stick together.
