Hi all,

Stumbled across the site today while looking for some general camping communities.
We are relatively new to camping but are getting right into it. Haven't really ventured too far off the beaten track just yet, but only have a sedan to tow our trailer with. All our camping gear gets thrown into the trailer and off we go.
We have just picked up our first decent tent, a 12x15 canvas tent and are heading out over easter to use it. Heading down to Seaspray for the weekend. Will hopefully get a few pics of our setup while we are down there and will post up some pics on our return.
Hope that everyone that heads away over Easter has a great break and a relaxing camping weekend.

Mark

Looks good Mark.......WELCOME to the forum. We don't have any preference here for how you camp.....we just love the fact that you do camp.

Easter is just around the corner...literally and I know I am in preparation mode big time too.

Have a look around the forum, lots of great info, adventures and pics. Perhaps you might like to give us a bit of a report on your Easter camp when you return.....I am sure we will all enjoy it.

Hello and welcome fellow Victorian camper :hello:

If you're ever considering camping out west, give us a yell
Were out west in Stawell, surrounded by places to camp, heading to Rocklands Reservior 2nd week of holidays.

Will definitely head out west at some point Brad. Thanks for that, will get in touch when the time comes. I fondly remember camping out in the Grampians as a kid and have always wanted to get back out to that part of the state and show my family. Also looking to take them up to Jamison at some point too. So many great places to get into the outdoors in Victoria. Great place.
