My ex ended up with my son this weekend so we missed out and the vegetarian marshmallows are still in the cupboard uneaten! ::()

:P I did already explain this in another post but for those who were innattentive  I shall do again.

I am a vegetarian/vegan and my kids I have all brought up vegan as much as I could, especially for the first few years.. though not denying them things they may want to try later one. I've not given my younger kids any lollies with gelatine in them that being a product made from animals.. ( I won't say what animal bits some of you may be eating. :p)

Beren has seen and heard of the tradition of roasting marshmallows though so I've bought a packet from The Cruelty Free shop online. I haven't had them myself yet, they look less puffy than normal ones.. I'll let you know how they roast on the open fire. :?#

I'm in Perth on a business trip and camping in a five star hotel at Scarborough Beach until Saturday. Qantas wouldn't let me bring the camper trailer as carry on luggage. :*** :*** :*** :***

must have missed it! I'll go sit in the corner :)

We did toast some normal ones on the weekend... The toasting prodeure does do something special to a marshmellow, and there's an art to getting it just right.. not too burnt but nicely gooey in the middle!

I HATE toasted marshies

Preffer 'em in chocolate. Fondue style (love fondue when camping)

Supercharged cars eh...

Any one know where to get a GU 4.2ltr turbo diesel patrol from? prefferable for $35k or less in Victoria?
Thinking about getting a GU 2.8 and doing Chev 6.5ltr diesel V8 conversion on it. (and then supercharging that :P)
